Our efforts are focused towards driving the technical specifications to the exact. Today, we achieve and reproduce large quantities with excellent Cpk values and keeping to the following specifications.

Sintered density 96% to > 98% of the theoretical  density
Part Weight 30 mg  to  150 g (now 600x400x300 micron)
Properties Iso-tropic, Heat and Surface treatable, comparable to Wrought

Our focus and expertise is in the manufacture of extremely complex, high precision components (characterized by weight of steel) up to 100g to 30 milligrams in weight. We drive the MIM / CIM capabilities to its limits. Our business is with the future. We are moving towards processing of nono-crystalline materials into nono-dimensioned components for micro devices, micro robotics and microsurgical instruments and implants. On the other hand any part up to 100 g.
